Adding PullRequest to a GitHub repository involves adding email@example.com as an Outside Collaborator. This takes only a couple of minutes.
*** NOTE: Only members with Owner or Admin privileges for a GitHub organization can add Outside Collaborators to a repository.
When you add firstname.lastname@example.org to a repository, you'll also need to add it to any forks of the repository you'd like for PullRequest to access.
From your GitHub profile page, under Organizations, click on the icon for the organization you'd like PullRequest to access.
From the organization's Repository tab, click the name of the repository you'd like PullRequest to access.
NOTE: If you need PullRequest to access multiple repositories, the following steps will need to be repeated for each.
Beneath the repository name click the "Settings" tab.
|In the left sidebar, click Collaborators & teams.|
In the Collaborators section, type email@example.com and click the Add collaborator button.
NOTE: The user name shown will be PullRequest Bot.
In the drop-down next to the collaborator name & status, select the Read permission level.
That's it! Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
